Deadstring Brothers

 Deadstring Brothers frontman Kurt Marschke is looking considerably hairier than on his last visit: here he is, with splendid beard and on fine form at the Prince Albert, Brighton.

The band's a Detroit-London collective these days, with Brit brothers Spencer (lead/slide and pedal steel) and Jeff (bass) Cullum plus keyboard player Pat Kenneally and drummer Travis Harrett. Lots of Tele-bashing, plus a scan-round to show the Hammond (an L100, apparently), Leslie speaker, and Nord on top for good measure...
